You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for using the platform in a lawful and non-abusive manner.

Goldmart may limit, suspend, or remove access where misuse, fraud risk, policy breach, or operational issues are detected.

Bids are time-sensitive and are evaluated against the live auction state, current highest amount, and wallet readiness requirements.

A placed bid may affect wallet reservations and may remain part of the auction record even if the user is later outbid.

If you win an auction lot, you may be required to complete payment within the settlement window shown by the platform.

Failure to complete payment in time may lead to expiry of the settlement opportunity and other platform-side handling according to operator policy.

Ownership is treated as complete only after payment has been recorded and the platform or operator has marked handover as complete.

A payment receipt alone does not override the platform’s operational handover step for an auction purchase.
